How does the one-time pickup service work?

Upon scheduling a pickup date, our professional team will arrive at your property to efficiently collect your unwanted items. You will receive an SMS notification with the estimated time of arrival (ETA) once the team is en route. Additionally, a reminder email will be sent to you the afternoon before your scheduled pickup.

What types of items can you remove during a one-time pickup?

Accepted Answer

We handle a variety of waste including household junk, electronics, metal, wood, yard debris, furniture, appliances, and renovation/construction materials.

We do not remove hazardous materials (ie. batteries, propane tanks, motor oil) or any flammable/explosive items.

*Paint we can remove if the can is empty/dry

*Tires we can remove as long as they're off rim ($25/tire)

Is there a minimum or maximum load size?

Our minimum pickup fee is $68.99 within York Region, while for areas outside of York Region, it ranges from $89.99 to $149.99 based on location. Please contact us for further details.

There is no maximum load size.

How quickly can I get my garbage or junk removed?

Our company provides flexible scheduling options to suit your needs, including same-day or next-day pickups.

We are available from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week.
